If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide exchange of product within 14 days of the order date or issue a partial refund.
All we ask is that the product is…
- not used
- in the same condition you received it
- in the original box and / or packaging
We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that’s why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination.
However, this does not apply to all sales items or clearance items in which there will be neither refund nor exchange entitled for these items. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Important: Do take note that most of our good box (especially electrical products) will be opened for inspection & checking before shipment. Therefore, please do not be alarmed should you find the box condition is tempered, it is because we hope the item is in good condition before it is being sent to you.
What you need to do to request a exchange?
STEP 1: Do not open or use the product.
STEP 2: Keep the Courier slips
STEP 3: Write an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +60162254389 within 14 days from the day order is received. (Your courier slip will be your evidence) And please include the following details in the email:
- Order No:
- Your Contact No:
- Product to exchange: (You can even attach a photo of the product, but please make sure it is clear)
- Reason for exchange: (For exchange, please let us know which item you wish to exchange for)
STEP 4: Wait for our reply. Normally it will take us about 2 to 3 working days to process your request. In our reply, we will explain to you further on how you can return and exchange the product to us.
STEP 5: Return the product to us. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you.
STEP 6: Once your product is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and we will contact you to arrange for a new delivery.
Just don’t forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +60162254389 first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange or refund given. Win Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund/exchange within seven days after the confirmation.
